It is a perfect apartment for demanding customers, who want to get value for money. Located in Jaffa in the between old port and hipsters' district with many cool restaurants. Two bathrooms, excellent living room, and all the necessary stuff for long term stay. Very convenient underground parking. I am happy to recommend it to my friends.

Wow! This place is the best possible in Tel Aviv. Appartement has spirit and is very well furnished and equipped. You feel home from the minute you open the door. Everything around at walking distance. Just across Susan Dallas center, next to coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants. Walk to beach, Rotchild, Yaffo, etc. Synagogue across the street. It’s a fantastic place. Must experience.

Amazing place, incredible location, excellent responsive host. You get to have a real Israeli experience by staying in a very cool high rise apartment overlooking the Mediterranean rather than in a hotel. Easy walk to just about anywhere in Tel Aviv. The location of this apartment is wonderful, walking distance to everything that you want to do, the view from the small balcony is magical and the apartment is very well equipped. Parking in the garage is a nice bonus especially when you have a car during your stay as we did. The guards at the front desk were courteous and always buzzed us in with Shalom....

Stellar, modern apartment in fantastic neighborhood and location in Tel Aviv. The apartment itself is beautiful, roomy, completely redone/redesigned on all levels within last few years, with all modern appliances, bathrooms, terrific fully functional kitchen, media, wifi, nice balcony etc. Very short walk to a park for the kids and beach, and many cafes/restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff streets. Exceeded expectations. Property manager was great, very fast on communication, easy checkin.

This place is perfect, a beautiful home to be in for a visit to Tel Aviv, very central with all the cafes and markets nearby but a very quiet and peaceful home. The view is out of this world. We felt at home immediately.

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. The location of the apartment can't be beat. It's close to the shuk (4 min walk), stores, good bus lines, a playground, and the beach (10 min walk). This really made our time in Tel Aviv extra wonderful. They were great hosts and very responsive to every question or small issue that came up. The kitchen was quite well equipped (as was the entire apartment) and we were even able to make large meals there. The apartment was spacious enough for the eight of us staying there. Having a parking spot at the building was an extra bonus even though we only rented a car for a couple of days it was also helpful for when friends came to visit because parking is so difficult in the city

Cozy and modern apartment with amazing view. The location is very nice, a lot of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, great public park area next to the building. Promenade is 10 minutes walk from the house. Private underground parking saves your time, you can get your floor right from there. The property manager and his colleagues are very responsive, we had minor problems during the stay all of them were solved quickly.

Bright, beautiful and clean space in the heart of TLV! The perfect pad for experiencing the best of the white city. The space is even brighter and more spacious than it appears in the listing. It's clean, renovated, high ceilings, tons of windows for natural light. It's also got blackout blinds, laundry ensuite and tons of storage. The unit is super central - walk to nightlife, restaurant, tourist destinations, the beach - all while still on a quiet street. The extra half bath is nice to have and having a parking space is amazing for this area of the city. The team was communicative, helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding location. Beautiful, tasteful, fully stocked. Wish I owned it! You can't beat this place. It was a 5 out of 5. NOTE: It is in a city. Not the countryside. So expect some city noise (but not bad) and the hustle of TLV at your fingertips. Bright, clean, cheerful decor. VERY comfortable master bed, Excellent kitchen, high ceilings and very quiet, intimate and secure building with elevator made it my haven during my time. LOVED IT...and SOOO easy to work with. Austin is a GREAT property manager.
